Delaware Services - a brief history
We've been doing this since 2002, we know our stuff and are proud of it. 90% of our work comes from word of mouth, we're proud of that too.
Formed in 2002 we are a leading independent firm of qualified Chartered Building Surveyors regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. We operate in Watford, Amersham, Harrow, , Barnet, Ealing, Acton, Hammersmith, Fulham, Stanmore, Northwood, Pinner, Ruislip, Denham, Gerards Cross, Bushey, The Chalfont’s, Rickmansworth, Chorelywood, Beaconsfield, Uxbridge, Kenton and all Central London areas. As we aren’t involved in the sales chain by selling mortgages or insurance our clients receive impartial advice that will alert the buyer to the issues that will affect the building as an asset or home.
We are not estate agents.
With our expert knowledge and a friendly and helpful approach we offer an unrivalled personal service to private clients, property managers, housing associations and local authorities that are tailored to what you need so there is no need to pay for what you don’t require. The majority of our new business is acquired by recommendation from satisfied clients. We deliver a high standard of service to all clients. Telephone calls are returned on the same working day, letters are normally answered within 48 hours and issues addressed with a proactive management style. Professionalism throughout, from preliminary enquiry to the satisfactory completion of the appointment, quality of work and attention to detail, Speed, efficiency and value for money, trained and competent people working for you.
Delaware Services Ltd
Why choose Delaware Services?
There are lots of firms that provide surveying services. Unlike many other firms we do what you ask us to do and if we can’t we’ll say so and suggest an alternative. That goes for everything we do.
Why not give us a call to discuss your problem or requirements. It won’t cost you anything and who knows, you might have found a firm of surveyors who can make a dry subject a little more interesting.
