Jayne has worked for Global Phones for over 15 years. Jayne’s main role within the business is liaising and upgrading customers that come into the business centre and liaising with customers over the phone.
Nicki has worked for Global Phones for over 8 years. Nicki joined initially as a part-time book-keeper, however, now supports the business with all office and accounts management.

Global phones made the transition from our old mobile phone provider happen seamlessly. All phones were set up, fully configured with emails and delivered within days. Following the transfer nothing has been too much trouble – Craig, Clare and the team are on hand with advice and support whenever needed. Their level of customer care has been refreshing and it’s a delight to work with a telecommunications company who takes such care of its customers.
2017 marks twenty years of business for Global Phones, and to celebrate we are giving back to the local community. Throughout 2017 we have raised funds for an amazing local charity, Spectrum Days. Spectrum days are a small non-for-profit charity who provide people with profound disabilities and their families with specialist support within Worcestershire and the surrounding areas.
We are pleased to announce that we have manged to raise over £2000 in funds. We look forward to continuing our fundraising in 2018 and would like to thank everyone who has supported us in 2017.
