Established in 1993 when David Benjamin joined forces with Peter Matthews following the disposal of the longstanding and well regarded five office practice of Thompson Matthews. Matthews Benjamin originally opened in Windermere with subsequent expansion following the opening of our Ambleside office, securing a superb base for practicing in the central and southern Lake District. In 2013 Matthews Benjamin Lancaster opened its doors to offer an unrivalled service for the mid-range property market in and around the North Lancashire area.
