Founded by Lyn and Eric Niven, who have over fifty years’ experience between us in the stone and construction industries, our objective was to design a range of the finest quality stone fireplaces. Established in 1997, Elite Fireplaces has been designing and producing British Bath Stone fireplaces, hand crafted by English Heritage approved master masons, here in the beautiful Cotswolds.
Conscious of our carbon footprint, all our fireplaces are made in Britain. We don’t import any stone from other countries and we don’t take our stone to be worked in other countries where the labour costs are lower. Elite fireplaces are all produced from blocks of Bath Stone over 150 million years old and its consistency and pleasing creamy colour lend itself to every interior style and colour scheme.
Elite is a specialist family business and you will always deal with Lyn or Eric. This personal service, which is much appreciated by our Clients, means that you are involved every step of the way whilst we design and produce your dream fireplace. We have supplied fireplaces for some very famous actors and actresses, pop stars and football legends, so you can be assured you are in safe hands.
