Baker Leasing Ltd has always been, and will always be, a family run business. In the past Charles had been joined by his father, working in a sales role. Now he is joined by his wife Anne Baker who is the Operations Director. This is the ethos that we are keen to develop and maintain. All of the team are considered to be part of the Baker Leasing Ltd family, and we strive to achieve a buzzing, friendly and supportive office atmosphere. We work hard as a team to achieve all of our targets, therefore we can all reap the rewards and celebrate our success together.

Charles began working in the leasing industry in 1998 as a Business Development Manager responsible for the counties of Berkshire and Middlesex. After 3 very successful years working for a leading IT leasing company, he set up Baker Leasing Ltd specialising in flexible financial solutions for UK organisations for IT and other business assets. Charles is an experienced and skilled entrepreneur focused on Baker Leasing becoming a market leader with continued growth year on year since incorporating in 2001.
Anne learnt her management and operational skills in the retail sector, becoming a specialist in retail fraud and loss prevention for one of the largest national retailers. After the birth of her first son she established her own businesses. After 10 successful years Anne decided that the time was right to return to the corporate environment and help support Baker Leasing as it began the exciting growth and expansion phase.
