Airship have managed to deliver this ambitious project by building a powerful data bridge; pulling together a number of important pieces of data. Firstly it connected the Walkabout website to an event table which was stored in their CRM. We built a platform that could import the WiFi data and map the data to the event information for each venue. The event information could span trading hours from 10am to 3am and show up to 20 different events at a time. This provided a mechanism to attribute a customer visit to the sports or entertainment activity taking place at the time. Finally being able to record this information allowed Walkabout to segment customers into groups for retargeting.

At our heart is the Airship CRM, a powerful data acquisition, segmentation and broadcast platform that drives revenue through intelligent customer journeys. Our CRM has built in Email, SMS and Call broadcast for a fully integrated solution while our applications for Gifting, Feedback and WiFi enhance customer experience and provide new revenue streams. This is our self service option: pick the platforms, integrations and applications you need, we'll create your account, design and load responsive email templates for use in campaigns and customer journeys and you do the rest. Our Studio are on hand to provide help and expertise and will provide additional campaign support on an ad-hoc basis if you require it, on a quoted hourly rate.

We'll be responsible for activating customer journeys on your account, ensuring best practice and strategy for maximum returns. You will have a dedicated Account Manager who will meet with you on a set schedule to discuss best practice and strategy to get the most out of your data and from the Airship platforms. You'll use our specialists on a fixed retainer as an extension of your team to help you deliver your goals.

We are located close by to Sheffield train station. When arriving by train, exit the station towards the tram stop (opposite way to the city centre). Cross the tram tracks and take the left hand path on the gentle incline towards Park Hill. As you reach the top of the path, cross over the road and walk a few metres down, you'll see Airship on your right.
