haspineall collins ltd commenced trading in 2010. The company is privately owned and managed by a forward thinking team with a wealth of experience in all aspects of the construction industry.
Elliot has over 20 years’ experience within the construction industry. Having worked at Galliford try for 6 years and Parkeray for 3 years, prior to establishing haspineall collins. He started his career as an assistant project manager for a small construction company in London, progressed to project manager and then senior project manager level at Parkeray.
Now the main shareholder at haspineall collins, he sets the overall strategy for the business and his primary responsibility is the front end of the business; focusing on enhancing the company reputation, generating project opportunities and securing those opportunities with creative, innovative and competitive tenders.
