MUSCL was formed by highly experienced ex major oil company Procurement executives. We offer a professional and viable procurement service to supplement existing resources of our clients or to handle all of their procurement needs where it is not economic for them to employ their own. Our long experience in the oil and gas industry means our clients have a high level of confidence in our ability to deliver.
