Therefore we insist that every animal we sell goes to a suitable environment. We will also ensure that the animal’s natural temperament, potential size and diet amongst other things are correct for you and your lifestyle. We encourage our customers to spend that extra bit of time when considering an animal to ensure it is the correct choice for them.

We are not only a reptile pet shop but are one of the country’s top exotic animal wholesalers, so we are in the best position to hand pick only the very best animals for sale in our shop. It also gives us greater buying power to keep the prices as low as possible for you, the customer. Therefore we can pass on large discounts on many items including our kits and set ups.
The majority of our reptiles come from the best captive breeders from all over the UK, Europe and the rest of the world. Many of these breeders are customers of Reptiles Plus and a large number of our breeders have been supplying us quality animals for many years.

If you've been to visit us in-store recently, you can't have failed to notice the new Bioactive display we have set up. Times are changing in reptile and amphibian husbandry and this has resulted in a shift towards a more naturalistic set up. With live plants, custodian insects and free flowing water, these enclosures can provide a much more natural environment for certain reptiles and amphibians.

When we need to refer customers to a veterinarian we are very careful with who we choose. The Team down at Natterjacks Vet in Bournemouth are one who we can comfortably recommend. They are good friends of ours and are who we use for whenever we may need to get our own animals looked at.
