Based in South London, we are within easy reach of the City and West End and maintain a strong client base in Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire. We cater for canapé parties of twenty to eight hundred guests and for lunches, dinners and buffets from two to five hundred guests.

Established in 1999, the Canapé Collection, led by Sarah Port, proprietor and head chef, has grown into a highly successful and well renowned catering business. Whether entertaining high profile business clients or friends informally at home, we will guide you through the planning process from the initial meeting to the day of the event ensuring that everything goes according to plan from start to finish.

We can help you plan any aspect of your event, from engaging our team of expert staff and organising hire equipment to providing stunning floral decoration and musical, magical or children’s entertainment. Our expertise gives us the ability to choose the finest and freshest market ingredients, using organic, free range and local produce wherever possible, and to combine these by blending colours, tastes and textures to create a feast of visual and gastronomic excellence.
