We have been completing the full fit out and refurbishment of UK Dental Practices and have specialised in this sector for well over 20 years undertaking and fully project managing over 50 projects per year. We can co-ordinate the whole project, including organising any named suppliers in your charge. We are able to bring to the table many sub-contractors, architects, designers and equipment suppliers who are fully experienced in the dental sector, covering anything from alarms to corporate image. The majority of our work comes from recommendations and our clients are more than happy to give references and allow you to look around their completed practices.
We offer a feasibility study service for all dental projects for a small fee, which is fully refundable should the project come to order status. The feasibility study is used to provide an analysis of the objectives of the practice, requirements of your team and design concepts of the proposed site, including timescales and the logistics involved in keeping the practice open whilst the work is completed. Included in the design objectives are the functional and performance aspects of the practice and any assumptions and constraints as regards to Building Regulations. From the results of this study we will be able to tender a proposed package and cost.
