The Company first began back in 1987 trading as Grantham Roofing Services operating from rented premises on the Alma Park Industrial Estate in Grantham, Lincolnshire.
By providing a client driven, customer satisfaction based service to ensure repeat business, Grantham Roofing built a enviable client base in those early days in both Lincolnshire and Leicestershire, most of which have remained loyal customers to this day.
Despite the previous recession in the early 1990s, the Company continued to expand covering all areas of roofing and cladding to a varied market sector throughout the United Kingdom.
In 2001 the Company was incorporated and now Grantham Roofing Services Limited are celebrating their 25th year in business.
We have been members of the National Federation of Roofing Contractors since 2000, a Trustmark contractor since 2006 and we are registered with Constructionline, the pre-qualification scheme for contractors.
All members of our staff have Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) certificates and, in addition, all staff had been vetted by the Criminal Records Bureau obtaining an enhanced disclosure allowing the Company to operate on restricted and regulated premises occupied by children and vulnerable adults.
This year we have been accepted into the CompedentRoofer scheme administered by our trade body, the National Federation of Roofing Contractors, where we are now authorised to self certify that our works comply with the current Building Regulations and issue the appropriate completion certificate direct to the Client.

Based centrally in the East Midlands, we provide a comprehensive service both locally and throughout the UK.
We are proud of the excellent reputation for quality workmanship and customer service that we have earned in our twenty five years in business since our inception in 1987.
We are one of the few roofing contractors in the region which provides a dedicated repair and maintenance division providing reactive, planned and term maintenance on all types of industrial and commercial buildings including schools, colleges and academies.
Amongst others, we are currently an approved contractor for Lincolnshire County Council, carrying out reactive repairs and capital project works to the schools and council owned premises throughout the region.
We also provide roofing services to the private domestic market including letting and estate agencies.
