ABOUT EVERETT FINE ART LIMITED
This second generation family business was founded in 1956 by Edward Everett, father of Tim. The business has expanded to include frames and has recently moved to a new purpose built studio to allow further growth in the areas that the business specialises in.
Started making and repairing period frames for the London and American trade in 1981. Since then his expansive experience has allowed us to grow the framing into specialised fields from gilding, carving, casting and high quality finishes.
Apprenticed as an oil painting conservator (re lining) in 1963 and long time Fellow of the The British Association of Paintings Conservators & Restorers. John has worked for many museums and London galleries for over 40 years. Meticulous and extremely experienced we are very lucky to have John as a versatile conservator in our team.
Mark served an apprenticeship in cabinet making under John Makepeace, continuing his training at the prestigious West Dean College where he gained a distinction in antique furniture restoration & conservation. It was here that he was able to develop and refine his natural talents to an extremely high standard.
