These will be HMO certified when necessary and will adhere to all of the relevant health and safety requirements alongside being fully furnished and homely. All electrical appliances are PAT tested to ensure they are in good working order.

Health & Safety is paramount at Holmdene Housing, we pride our selves on our due diligence and making sure all the precautions are taken when it comes to the safety of our clients & members of staff.
All of the accommodation Holmdene Housing offer are fully certified with the latest Gas & Electrical safety certificates, with regular inspections done by our own maintenance teams.
