Shiv Charan Singh, Scottish by birth, is an outstanding and authentic spiritual teacher. Karam Kriya means 'action in spiritual awareness'. Shiv Charan is deeply committed to guiding students in their spiritual growth so they can bring spiritual awareness into their everyday lives and develop their full potential as human beings. He is a skilled counsellor and author of several books in areas such as human communication, the mystery of numbers and poetry.
Following a degree in humanities, he has undertaken extensive training in counselling and therapeutic skills and has worked intensively and successfully with people who have drug habits and severe emotional problems.
In the year 2000 he founded the vibrant and cosmopolitan Karam Kriya School from London and more recently relocated to Portugal and there co-founded the Quinta do Rajo Ashram which is now a base for the International Karam Kriya School. As well as his involvement in the accredited Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training courses, he is the driving force behind Karam Kriya - The science of Applied Numerology, the study of which provides a tool for understanding the harmony and inter-relatedness of all things.
Students must attend all the teaching sessions including the full Ashram Experience. Exceptional or special circumstances may result in a student completing the course by attendance at future KY teacher training programmes. Attendance at a minimum of 5 sadhanas on the training days. Note: maximum length of training to receive certification is 2 years from the start date – which provides the opportunity to catch up on missed weekends in the first year and to complete course requirements.
After attending five training modules, or upon special request, trainees may request a letter from the school confirming their attendance on the training so they can obtain independent insurance cover as a trainee instructor.

In Level 2, through your personal practice, group process, deep interactive discussion, intense meditations, you will go through a transformation that will help you to deepen your own direct perception of the teachings.
