Biomax - Natural Products for Agriculture
Scientific research has proven that by supporting animal health with essential vitamins and nutrients, livestock productivity and profitability is increased, and pet animals live longer lives. Following on from animal product research which started in 1993, Biomax Limited was formed in 2000 to develop and market a unique range of natural products.
Brewers' Yeast products have been used for centuries. The benefits of their use are universally acknowledged as they are a natural source of essential amino acids, nucleotides, enzymes and B-vitamins. Brewers' Yeast materials have significant mycotoxin binding properties and encourage the growth of the gut's natural flora.
Biomax's range of materials now find their way into all areas of animal feed from goats to guinea pigs, hamsters to horses, dogs to dairy cattle, salmon to shrimp, poultry to pigs.
Biomax Limited is proud to be the UK and Ireland's distributor for Ferrer Grupo SA of Spain and Leiber GmbH of Germany.
Biomax Limited is FEMAS accredited, certificate number 33677.
The company directors, Paul Smith and Jenny Shambrook have, between them, over 40 years experience of the chemical industry and the supply of products to agriculture. Biomax is a family run business based in York in the North of England.
