Scope of Business
Multicare's business scope has evolved over the years largely due to the highly skilled engineers and the needs of their customers. Services Multicare currently provides, but not limited to include;
World-renowned electronics manufacturers like Panasonic, Pelco, eneo, Xtralis, Harman / Kardon, JBL, Comelit, Tefal, Krups & Rowenta have chosen Multicare Electronics to be their Approved Service Centre. Multicare Electronics has a dedicated repair team who can repair products by the following manufacturers.
If your unit is returned for repair under the fixed price scheme, you shall have the initial fault repaired along with any other faulty/worn parts replaced and a full system test. If for any reason we are unable to repair your unit we will endevour to instruct the manufacturer to provide further inspection and analysis at no extra cost to you.
In the event of Multicare not being able to find any faults or issues with the returned unit, Multicare will contact you for further information. If we are still unable to find any issue with the unit then an inspection and return shipping fee may apply.

We started with Multicare at the end of 2012, this was an outsourcing project to save money on repairs in our video surveillance product range. The support Multicare provided during the introduction of this process was on a very high and professional level. After an initial short learning curve the Multicare team was able to provide a full repair service to our customers. This is a service we can rely on. We have been working successfully with Multicare since 2011 after they were carefully chosen as our repair/warranty centre for certain end of life security products.
