Working with the SEPA climate change team to meet the identified learning objectives, and the marketing and communications department to ensure compliance with brand guidelines, we delivered an information rich course with a strong corporate image that successfully reflected the SEPA brand. Engaging media, dynamic graphics and a strong corporate image helped present the information in a meaningful and memorable way.
The ITV Health and Safety team took the decision to change their H&S induction process for their TV show, I’m A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here. Several issues needed resolving — crew working on site before receiving induction training, the time team were spending delivering training, the administration of training records, and of course fitting training in with production schedules. The obvious answer was to use online delivery allowing people to go through the training at a time that suited them, wherever they are, and before arriving on site.
REALSENSE was engaged to help design, build and deploy the induction training to all 600 employees. The training was brought to life with recognisable faces from the show, the dulcet tones of didgeridoos in the background, brilliant colourful imagery and a splash of humour. All proof that Health and Safety training doesn’t have to be dull. In fact, one of the Australian crew members said: "Best induction I’ve come across. Other inductions I’ve done make you want to gouge your eyes out.”

REALSENSE made use of the existing technical infrastructure at DALS learning centres for the multimedia kiosks and developed software to provide the user with information, in their first language choice of Punjabi or Urdu, about the English language courses on offer, and offer guidance on the learning support available and how to enrol enrol on a course at a level appropriate to their learning needs.
Guided by 'Eddie the Engine Driver', children were helped along their learning journey exploring activities, puzzles and challenges of the BRIO Virtual Railway. Options for varying levels of difficulty enabled children to learn, develop and improve their skills.
