About Pure Choice
Pure Choice Quality Water Treatment Systems is an innovative and independent company.
Pure Choice was created by Richard Bisgrove, a graduate engineer. After graduating from Loughborough University Richard became a Production engineer for Thorn EMI Electronics.
After five years with his original career path, Richard decided to strike out and do something a little different. Utilising his engineering skills, he served an informal apprenticeship as a sub contractor in the water treatment industry. After refining his skills and developing broad product knowledge, he decided to ‘go it alone’.
Pure Choice Quality Water Treatment Systems was the result. It was formed in 1990 and became a limited company on 1st December 1999. Pure Choice Quality Water Treatment Systems has continually expanded. Pure Choice now has a large portfolio of customers, both commercial and domestic, including those who have a private water supply – wells, bore holes, etc..
Richard Bisgrove is now retired. Under the new management, the company has been growing further from strength to strength.

Hair remains soft when washed, skin that is prone to eczema is better, no scum in bathroom, kettle, kitchen etc. Pure Choice are efficient and always prompt for appointments.
No lime scale anywhere; less detergent used; very good results in dishwasher & washing machine; very good for skin & especially hair. Excellent service, good communication, pleasant & helpful personnel. Always arrive as arranged with a phone call if there needs to be a change.
Softened water means less cleaning of sinks & baths, as well as longer lasting appliances. Regular servicing and salt deliveries as they are needed. Pure Choice do the remembering for you, so you don’t need to worry. Very good customer service.
I have had 10 years service from this company and have been very satisfied. The equipment has given no trouble and has provided lovely soft water, limescale is a thing of the past. I can not speak too highly of the service I have received.
