Qualified electrical engineer with 15 years hands on industry experience. Paul is a result- driven business director holding a business and financial management degree. As well as being analytical and having strong systems skills, Paul specialises in structure, standards and streamlining of business progress. Focusing on financial, business strategies and providing accurate and productive systems in order to enhance company status and facilitate better business decisions.
Motivated and results driven with hands on technical experience and industry knowledge. Resourceful and proactive, Dave combines effective communication skills with extensive product knowledge helping to identify opportunities and deliver satisfactory outcomes for both customer and company. Health and safety knowledge and experience has led to Dave gaining TechIOSH status and becoming Health and Safety manager to the Hardy Services Group where he plays a key part in achieving industry accreditations.
Warren joined the Hardy Service Group in 2010 as Scaffolding and Access Manager. Warren brings with him an extensive knowledge of scaffolding systems and current legislations. Warren’s own industry knowledge, gained whilst working as a scaffolder, plays a crucial part in producing him as an admired hands-on manager within his field. Warren offers a specialist approached to the designs and techniques needed for working on listed & historical buildings. He is extremely results driven and seeks to provide solutions.
Séan achieved the rank of Lance Corporal whilst serving in the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers ahead of what was predicted for his age group. After leaving the army in 2003 his career progressed into Vehicle Contract Maintenance and later advanced into the role of Workshop Foreman. His fantastic background of vehicle mechanics and Mechanical Engineering brought him to Hardy services in 2015 as a Mechanical Engineer. During a short period of time with the company he progressed into his current position as Contracts Manager.
Gemma joined our company in 2015 taking on the role as Office Manager holding responsibility of the office and management systems. Three months into her employment she moved into our training sector and is now also running Hardy Services Training Division.
Sharney joined our company in late 2016 taking on the role of Operations Assistant aiding our management team. The roles and responsibilities Sharney has taken on are building relations with our suppliers and other contractors that we deal with, also assisting in setting up new projects and aiding ongoing jobs. Making purchases of PPE and equipment for our sites.
I have had a positive experience in my career, performing a variety of functions in budgeting construction terms, assessment, implementation and viability studies. I framework objectives always improve every day by providing the ultimate in constructive progress and always involves cost savings for the company as well as the best solution for constructions.
Hardy Services scaffolding division operate primarily as a scaffold erection company, operating in the domestic, commercial and industrial scaffolding markets, with a focused knowledge of the historical restoration and water utilities sectors.
