We have two offices in Bristol, which are easy to find and with ample parking nearby, but we are very happy to do business by email and telephone.

Sally founded Norton Tax Shops (NTS) in 2000. It now has several hundred clients, employs 14 people and has 2 offices in Keynsham and Kingswood. Sally is a taxation specialist and a Chartered Taxation Advisor (CTA) with 25 years experience within the HMRC and private practice. Since people often find accountancy and taxation a minefield and daunting experience, Sally created a friendly, well trained and motivated team with the correct skills and facilities to provide clients with the best advice and support. Sally personally specialises in planning to avoid tax of all types. Her professional training and qualifications, complemented by her experience as a landlord and business owner, allows her to optimise the help she offers. Sally also enjoys representing her clients best interests in a variety of challenging situations.
Mark is a Fellow of the AAT and he has huge experience in all areas of accounts and business management, and this gives him the skills to work closely with clients and offer sound business advice. Mark invests a great deal of time in getting to know clients and their businesses so that NTS's services can be tailored to meet their specific need. Business owners can be confident that Mark will not only understand situation but be in a position to offer the optimal solution. Mark is very friendly and enjoys being proactive with clients and working with them in demanding areas.
Carly has been with NTS since 2006, joining as a trainee. Carly became AAT qualified in 2009 and has developed an in depth knowledge of accounts preparation for Sole Traders, Partnerships and Limited Companies, she prepares both annual and management accounts for businesses and also advises clients on vat and tax issues . Carly especially enjoys helping clients to improve their accounting and bookkeeping systems and also training clients to use accounting software packages.
Richard joined NTS as a trainee straight from college in 2007 where he passed A levels in Maths and Business Studies. During his career with NTS Richard passed his AAT and developed extensive knowledge of Small Business Accounts and Tax Return preparation, he also oversees Bookkeeping for VAT clients. Richard regularly visits clients to prepare their accounts. Richard is skilled in the use of many accounting software packages and particularly enjoys working with a varied client base.
Rhiannon joined NTS in 2005, she is responsible for the day to day running of the Kingswood office and she is also the company's credit controller. Rhiannon advises smaller business owners and prepares their Accounts and Tax Returns.
When not working Rhiannon is a keen traveller, both in this country and abroad. She is also a devoted mother to her 2 lovely daughters, one of which runs a Dance School that Rhiannon helps with.
Business Administrator
Michelle is responsible for the smooth running of the business. She uses her extensive organisational expertise and people skills, gleaned from many years experience of working in a bank, to ensure that NTS remains efficient and well organised. Michelle has been with the company for over 3 years.
Jo has been with NTS for over 6 years and is responsible for the company's Payroll Services. She particularly enjoys working closely with clients to ensure that their payroll requirements are fulfilled. Jo is AAT qualified.
Kim has been with the company for 3 years, but is currently on maternity leave, having recently given birth to Eve, a beautiful baby girl who was born on New Year�s Eve! Kim is due to return to work later this year and we all look forward to welcoming her back.
Becky joined NTS in December 2002. She is the very friendly front-desk face of the company and is usually the person you will speak to first when contacting NTS. Becky is very much a people person and enjoys meeting and greeting clients to the company.
