David has worked for 30 years in the area of people and organisational development. In this time, he has taken line roles in British Airways, Conoco and Dubai Petroleum Company. As a consultant, he started with PA Consulting Group in 1988 before joining the Centre for Enabling Leadership.
Richard is a change mentor, coach and expert facilitator. He mentors business leaders and specialises in helping people find creative ways to approach, consider, and resolve problems. He works with teams who need a new focus or want to find new and more effective ways of working together.
Stephen has over 20 years experience as a business psychologist specialising in organisational development, management assessment and executive coaching/development. Typically he has worked with the most senior levels of an organisation helping them to identify and develop their leadership talent.
Mitch has worked for 34 years in management assessment and executive coaching. After obtaining a Ph.D. in philosophy from the University of Western Ontario, Canada in 1975 he worked in Human Resource roles in 3 industries and has been in consulting full time since 1985.
Who is Aie and why would any one want to work with us?
Aie is a team of principals in our own right; that means we’ve all worked at senior level in a number of organisations and we’ve all been at the sharp end of making decisions which affect the future of those organisations and the people within them.
