Deb specialises in consortium management, advocacy work, business and partnership development, and she heads up the Leeds Hotels and Venues Association and Yorkshire’s Magnificent Attractions group.

Jane has a perfect combination of many years’ experience in hospitality AND expertise in all things finance – making her the perfect fit for her role as Finance Manager at B&H.

If keeping track of every client and every detail takes some doing, we’re even less sure of how she manages to juggle a professional career with her husband, 3 kids, and life as a master baker, upholsterer and part-time tap-dancer. But she does.

Wanting to return to the world of communications, James gained valuable new skills working for a website development company before joining B&H, where he now leads our social and digital media marketing across tourism, hospitality and arts projects.

B&H have won us huge quantities of coverage in the trade and leisure media. They have provided invaluable PR, marketing and digital services for the Grand Hotel & Spa in York since before we opened.

There is nothing about business tourism that B&H don’t know.

I have to remind myself that they are indeed a separate company they always seem just like a very valuable and effective member of the creative team. They are results driven but incredibly enthusiastic, motivated and just great fun to work with!
