1000 telephone interviews among a representative sample of adults across the London Borough of Haringey to determine existing and future housing need including affordability. Postal self completion questionnaires sent to all households in a selected parish to determine future housing need among residents, evidence which is then used in support of planning applications to develop small-scale sites for housing, including 'affordable' housing. Our longest running continuous tracking study (now into its 86th wave) study among tenants and leaseholders for one of the country's largest social housing landlords. As well as monthly data we also provide the same on a rolling basis allowing residents' to be benchmarked against different key metrics.
