Deliver Business Benefits through HR Excellence
Symatrix enables world-class organisations to create a competitive advantage from their biggest assets - their people.
Our knowledge and experience of HR, recruitment, talent, performance and learning management and payroll best practice has been developed over hundreds of projects delivered for some of the UK’s largest organisations and we use it to help forward thinking businesses to get the most from their people.
Our unique ‘SIMPLY’ philosophy cuts out complexity, risk and time at a competitive price, but it also extends to optimising user adoption, critical to the successful deployment of any enterprise application. We recognise that this requires effective training so every project will deliver your users and super-users with all the knowledge and capability they need to manage the solution in tune with the ever-changing needs of your business.
Why Symatrix
Symatrix USP
Everything we do at Symatrix flows from three key principles – Understanding, Simplification and Partnership – all underpinned by our ‘SIMPLY’ philosophy.
We call it the Symatrix USP.
We know that a deep understanding of your business and your people is fundamental to optimising the value we aim to deliver through your investment in Oracle HCM.
That’s why our first priority on every project is to take an in-depth look at your business, your HCM strategy and your specific HCM needs.
Symatrix has experience of delivering over 500 Oracle HCM projects where we have leveraged the standard functionality in Oracle, championed simplification and delivered real business benefits.
We strive to create effective working partnerships with all our clients - flexing our approach to ensure the range of services we provide fits perfectly in every case.
For organisations with in-house expertise, we provide an additional injection of knowledge as and when required. For those looking for more comprehensive support, we can fully manage applications as well as offering additional outsourced services.
The partnership extends to optimising user adoption, critical to the successful deployment of any enterprise application. We recognise that this requires effective training so every project we run will deliver your users and super-users with all the knowledge and capability they need to manage the solution in tune with the ever-changing needs of your business.
