Systems (Telecoms) Ltd is an independent family business founded by Alan and Andrea Jones in 1996.
From our West Yorkshire premises we supply professionally refurbished telephone systems and quality voice and data installation products to communications companies around the world.
We have built our business on trust; sustaining long-term relationships with our customers and suppliers has meant that we have been able to provide a consistently high-quality service over the years.
We source telecoms equipment from businesses that have upgraded their systems or no longer have a need for them. Our pre-owned products are much more than simply second-hand — our experienced team refurbish, clean, test and grade each item before offering for sale. As a rule of thumb, A-grade refurbished products are generally a third of the price of the equivalent new.
This means we can provide our customers with everything needed to maintain or upgrade an existing set up, even those that are no longer in production by the manufacturer, as well as a complete package for a full installation, all at exceptional value for money.
After more than 20 years in the telecoms industry, Andrea remains as passionate as ever about communications. In 1996 Andrea joined forces with husband Alan to build a business professionally refurbishing used telecoms equipment.
Andrea is responsible for sales and the general running of the business, and looks after all front office communications.
