Having been established in Penrith in 2000, we expanded our services to Carlisle in 2004 following an invitation from the lead GP to provide services from their branch surgery in Harraby. We moved to our new premises on Victoria Place, Carlisle in 2014 and invested in new equipment and technology which is used to analyse, prevent, examine, treat and monitor injury.

In 2000 he became an Extended Scope Physiotherapist, running orthopaedic clinics. 6 years later he started his doctoral studies in Preston. In 2014 he completed his Doctoral Thesis “The Role of Lumbo-Pelvic Hip tests in the Examination of Gait.” Consequently he was awarded the title Doctor of Philosophy at the University of Central Lancashire. He is therefore able to use the title of Consultant Physiotherapist and is the only Doctor of Physiotherapy in Cumbria.
Emma has over fifteen years of clerical experience having provided an administrative service for commercial companies, including Phillips Components and Holsten Pils, before she joined us. She fulfils the role of Practice Manager with an enthusiastic, sensitive approach to all our clients and ensures the smooth running of the practice and all elements associated with it.
Susan has over 20 years experience of providing a high level of customer service in a variety of roles. As a friendly, confident and resourceful member of the team, she provides a high level of administrative and customer focused skills. She joins us on a part-time basis and enjoys working at both the Penrith and Carlisle clinics.
is a Doctor of Philosophy at the University of Central Lancashire. Benefit from his experience treating elite & professional athletes having been lead physiotherapist at the first European Games, two Commonwealth Games & working with Premier League Football Teams.
