Kilbury Construction Ltd. was founded by Managing Director, Colin Westbury, in the year 2000 and has grown to be a well established family run Chartered Building Company working in Gloucestershire and the surrounding Counties.
Our aim is to provide a professional and personal service on a “one stop shop” basis for all the projects we undertake and to the exacting high standards the Chartered Institute requires.
Both divisions work on the Local Authority Framework for approved contractors specialising in education where repeat business displays the ability to perform on a consistent basis. Many of the education projects are planned to accommodate the needs of the schools as a primary concern. We also operate in the NHS environment as well as blue chip companies, charitable trusts, residential and local businesses where we pride ourselves on repeat business proving we are always able to deliver.
Our maxim reflects the company ethos “solutions not problems – construction with a difference”. We will endeavour to provide solutions, both technical and cost effective, to bring the project to a successful conclusion.
To a large extent we undertake repeat business for professionals, companies, charities and private clients alike, firmly founded on our performance, value for money and willingness to provide a "problem free" service. References are available upon request.
Although we are not a 24hr call out company we can undertake planned and reactive maintenance to the interior and exterior of your premises including Insurance work to the private, domestic and commercial sectors.
Kilbury Construction worked at Tredington School during the summer of 2015. From beginning to end of project their work was professional, flexible and of a high quality. Kilbury Construction was the preferred contractor for Quedgeley Parish Council to build a modest sports hall, meeting room, kitchen and changing facilities. The work was completed on time, within budget and to a high standard. The site was always clean and tidy and regular meetings were made to keep the Council up to date with progress. Kilbury Construction was approachable, professional and happy to discuss matters as they arose. The doors opened in September 2012 and regular compliments are received in relation to the building and its facilities.
