ABOUT PICEA DESIGN LIMITED
Picea Design was formed by Roy Spruce in 1997, after gaining over 18 years of professional experience within a private architectural practice and the volume house building sector. Roy is a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute, Chartered Institute of Builders and Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists. He is also an active member of the Crewe Green Parish Council.
