ABOUT PICEA DESIGN LIMITED
Picea Design was formed by Roy Spruce in 1997, after gaining over 18 years of professional experience within a private architectural practice and the volume house building sector. Roy is a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute, Chartered Institute of Builders and Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists. He is also an active member of the Crewe Green Parish Council.
The Company operates from Sandbach in Cheshire and also from Roy’s home office in Jonzac in the Charente Maritime Department of south west France.
