HOW TO BOOK: Banana Tree Festive menu is available for groups of 4 or more. All Bookings must be made in writing or via email. In order to confirm your party menu booking simply fill in the form and bring in/email it across 10 or more days before your booking date. A non-refundable £10 deposit per person is required. An enquiry does not constitute a booking.
BOOKING TIMINGS & CANCELLATIONS:Maximum seating time for lunch/dinneris 2 hours. All cancellations must be made within 48 hours and confirmed in writing or by email. Tables will not be guaranteed for more than 20 minutes beyond the time booked. All tables will need to be vacated by the end of your agreed time of sitting.
INVOICING / BILLING: We regret that bills cannot be issued individually. One bill will be issued to the party organiser. Invoices will be provided for BACS payments. All prices include VAT.
You should always inform a senior member of staff of any dietary requirements, including allergies and intolerances and we will inform you on the ingredients used in any of our dishes. However, although we describe as thoroughly as we can the food ingredients in our dishes, we cannot guarantee that traces of allergenic food never occur. This is due to the nature of our kitchen setup and use of kitchen equipment during our food preparation. We use eggs, dairy products, nuts, peanuts, gluten, fish, crustaceans, molluscs, sesame seeds, soya and celery in our kitchens. So if you have an intolerance or allergy to any products, especially those listed above, we recommend that you do not dine here, as much as we would love you to.

Submissions will be accepted for the duration of “Chow Down at Chelmsford” through the online form. Entries will be accepted beginning on 11 September 2017, and the competition will close on 14 September 2017. Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address and per household for the duration of the competition. Entries received from any person, e-mail address or household in excess of the stated limitation will be void.
