Doha - October, 2017 - Bradfield Group, a trusted partner of the CIPD for twenty five years by delivering qualifications and consultancy around the globe, held two workshops on Building HR as a Successful Business Strategy in Doha at the Oryx Rotana Hotel.

Having taken on an existing business with no HR function and a number of employees, we found the existing personnel records to be out of date and poorly organised. Given the rapidly changing legislative landscape regarding the employment of staff we quickly realised that we had to have help from a professional HR consultant not only to ensure that we were up to date and compliant, but also to deal with HR issues as they arose going forward. In this regard Bradfield were the ideal choice, they were able to provide an experienced professional to help us get in shape, but their consultant was also backed by a team that gave us confidence in the ongoing support they could provide once the initial project was completed. To date the service and assistance we have received from Bradfield has been first class and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
