In November 2014 the Supreme Court, the highest court in the UK provided judgement on a case Plevin v Paragon Personal Finance Ltd [2014] UKSC 61, Mrs Plevin was sold PPI together with a loan but the level of commission received by Paragon (71.8% of the premium) was not disclosed to her.
