We provide expert advice in all aspects of Surveying and Construction, from Building and Homebuyer Surveys, Party Wall Matters, Planning applications and Building Regulation submissions, to design and build and Project Management, residential and commercial surveying, commercial Schedules of Condition, Dilapidations and defect reports along with expert witness reports.
As Chartered Surveyors we are governed by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors guidelines. David Gibbons is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building and within both Institutes there are Codes of Practice and Conditions of Engagement to which we strictly adhere.
