Campus Training - Matrix Standard
Our visiting assessor was Christine Smart and she spent a very long and busy couple of days with us looking at all aspects of the information, advice and guidance (IAG) that we give. We would like to give a big thank you to everyone who helped with this, either by being interviewed, by organising interviews with learners and employers, or by being involved in some of the meetings that were taking place in the office on that day. Your help and support meant that the days ran smoothly and Christine was pleased with the way the assessment was organised.
The feedback we got was very positive. She was extremely complimentary about the IAG that we give to our learners. They all commented how well they had been/are being supported by Campus Training, and the interviews with employers told a similar story. Christine’s advice to us was that we need to shout about our success more! We are doing an excellent job, delivering a high quality service and we should be celebrating this in our marketing materials and on the company website. The fantastic feedback that we get from our clients should be used to our advantage to get more repeat business as well as new customers so we can continue with the excellent business we have built up.
It is worth remembering however, that although we have now achieved the Matrix standard we will still continue to give excellent information, advice and guidance to our learners, and it will help us with future growth and long term plans.
As Managing Director of Campus Training and a director of the group, Joanne brings vast industry experience and astute commercial knowledge to the forum.
She is responsible for key contracts, partnerships and developing funding streams which give the business the balance and strategy for long term success
Mandy Murray – Business Admin, Team Leading, Customer Service and Quality Standards
Karen is an experienced assessor in supporting teaching and learning in schools and an internal quality assurer in the various areas listed. She has a vast experience of working with children of all ages, in particular those with additional needs. Karen has management, team leading, customer service and business admin experience from previous roles, she also manages the eportfolios and technology within the whole staff team.
Louise Edwards – Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools, Business Admin and Customer Service
Louise is an experienced assessor and internal quality assurer for the teaching assistant qualifications and has vocational experience in other areas too, such as food and drink, warehousing, customer service and business admin qualifications. Louise brings years of experience from working with children of all ages and has specialised in working with pupils with additional needs.
