First Choice Recruitment

in 1999 with the help of a small loan from the Prince’s Trust and a desire to be different from other agencies in the sector. Louise wanted not just to provide a reliable service to the clients but she also wanted to take care of the workers. The thinking is that if we take care of the workers they will try harder to represent First Choice with the client.

15 years on First Choice has built a strong reputation for being trustworthy and reliable. The original desire to be different has not changed and we care as much today as Louise did when she started the business.

I started First Choice in 1999. Someone said to me “you can do that” so with a little help from the Princes Trust I did. One of my first clients, BW Interiors, are still a client today. On a personal level I love good food and to relax on a beautiful white coral sand beach.

We are focused on 3 core areas of construction; Interior fit-out, demolition & house building. With years of experience in these areas we still continue to build on our expertise to enable us to meet our clients and candidates requirements.

Good communication is at the heart of a successful company. We know that on-going feedback enables us to guarantee satisfaction.
