Unlike many video production companies, we own, service and maintain all of our production equipment and facilities, avoiding the need to use often unreliable or abused hire equipment; just another of our quality assurance guarantees.

As well as our full time creative team we engage freelance video editors, camera operators, photographers, designers, creative producers, script writers, researchers and directors who provide specialist input on client projects.
Nick Webber is the founder of Take One Productions. His career is steeped in the video production and multimedia industry.
Founding Take One Productions in 1996 seemed the next logical step: ‘I had trained and worked for many years in the video industry – I enjoyed it and could see the potential back then to develop bigger and better things. I still love every project we’re involved in – it’s a great industry.’
Nick’s Role at Take One Productions
Nick is not one of those managing directors who likes to climb to the top and stay there looking down on what is happening. He oversees all the production work at Take One and assumes a project manager role on larger complex projects. This takes him out on location, behind the cameras and directing: ‘I still get involved at every stage of a programme’s development.’
Steve is a member of the Guild of Television Cameramen and has a BA (Hons) in Media Production, with over 20 years television and corporate production experience.
Steve’s Role at Take One Productions
Since joining Take One Productions, Steve has helped develop and continues to manage all aspects of our production service, utilising his skills as an experienced broadcast cameraman and producer.
Whilst at Take One Productions he has produced programmes for L’Oréal, Bodyshop, the Department for Education, the Department for International Development, G4S, Cisco Systems, Autodesk, NHS, Interserve, GVA, the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising, RSPCA, The National Trust, Care Quality Commission, the Royal College of Anaesthetists and many more.
At Take One Productions, we are aware that there are some inevitable impacts that our work will have on the environment such as our necessary travelling and our premises electricity consumption. However, we seek to do all we can to minimise such impacts.
The following policy outlines how we are reducing our environmental impact, as well as preventing pollution and complying with legislation. These contribute to our management plans and improve employee retention, client satisfaction and financial stability. We audit our performance and set targets for continuous improvement.
