Replaced my guttering done a great job although one of the gutter clips came away a couple of days later, they did come back promptly and sort it out. The guttering looks great, the workmen were very polite, helpful and tidy. Would use again and recommend.
Just had a new roof by Element Roofing. Excellent response and workmanship. The whole job took less than a week and the two workmen were always polite and more important always on time, worked very hard and cleaned up after work every day. we are very pleased with Element Roofing and would highly recommend them.
Clive's team, Malcolm and Ashley has just completed changing all the fascias, suffices and gutters; replaced and insulated a flat roof; and replaced and installed a Velux window and Cambria balcony system. The team arrived dead on time the first day. The site was left clean and tidy every evening. I was advised that some additional work might need doing in future, but there was no pressure to have it done immediately. I did have it done at the same time. Due to delays from one of the suppliers, the work was completed a few days later than mentioned. However when the goods came, Malcolm and Ashley worked in very cold, snowing conditions to complete the job. The final price was exactly the same as the quote! Although there is a small outstanding issue that Clive is addressing, I have no hesitation in recommending Element Roofing, and am happy to show there workmanship.

Our old tiled large balcony on the roof of a back extension room on the ground floor was leaking, and the quarry tiles needed replacing. Clive came and made a meticulous inspection and talked very intelligently about what needed to be done. he described it later as 'something of a mission', and the men needed to remove four or five layers of asphalt and tiles, revealing the concrete base. The asphalt for many decades had just been added over the previous layer. The men laid the asphalt and worked the surround with real artistry. They were cheerful as well as efficient. The tilers did almost too good a job - the laid tiles looked almost printed or made in lino, they were so regular. They chose a more expensive grout to go with the colour of the quarry tiles. All the men worked cheerfully as well as efficiently We are delighted with the work.
