Katarzyna has extensive experience working with clients in sales, customer service and recruitment, from small family run businesses to large corporations. Katarzyna’s role at PC Service, is customer acquisition; marketing; employee recruitment; registering service requests; and our support office in Wroclaw. Out of hours Katarzyna is an artistic soul and enjoys drawing and painting in her spare time.
Pawel has always been into computers with a love of games that evolved into a professional career. His first job was as a support engineer for an IT outsourcing company, working with an internet IT department of a key client. Following that, Pawel spent a couple of yours working as a specialist for a computer parts distribution company, and has worked at two computer shops. After moving to the UK, Pawel has joined us at PC Service as a 2nd line support engineer which he is continuing to enjoy.
Karolina has been on PC Service team since 2007. She graduated with Bachelor degree of European Administration and Master degree of Pedagogy. After studies she realised that accountancy is what she really wants to do. Actually, Karolina is a certified Accountant with a diploma of International Federation of Accountant (IFAC) and still increases her qualifications.
In her spare time, she enjoys Nordic walking, cooking Asian food and reading criminal books Karolina has been part of the PC Service team since 2007. Despite graduating with a BA in European Administration, and a Master’s Degree in Pedagogy, it was after she completed her studies that she realised it was accountancy that she really wanted to work in. Karolina is a Certified Accountant with a Diploma from the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) and is still continuing her professional development with further qualifications.
Magda is our Head Office Administrator at PC Service, with many responsibilities including AP, HRM, sales and customer service. It’s her first class organisational skills that keep the team, and the business, running at PC Service! Magda is the voice that many of our customers associate with PC Service, and she takes great pleasure in ensuring each and every one of our customers are taken care of.
David has been with us at PC Service for more than ten years, where he has provided us with accountancy services, general commercial advice and taken on the role of Company Secretary. David gained extensive knowledge and understanding of the pharmaceutical and information technology industries before joining our team.
Since moving to London more than ten years ago, he’s provided IT support to our clients, and like many of the team here at PC Service, Wojtek was into IT from a very young age. Starting with the Atari 800 XL, and the 386 SX 33MHZ; Wojtek soon moved on to building his own computers and continues till this day.
Wojtek is great with new gadgets and knowing exactly what you might need in a computer or other IT device to meet the needs of your business. When it comes to new equipment, Wojtek will provide the full experience from selecting and customising the hardware to installing and showing you how to use it.
Grzegorz is passionate about technology but remains sentimental about the ‘analog’ world. After starting his career in the banking industry working within the IT departments of medium and big companies, Grzegorz decided to take the jump and freelance as an IT consultant. Now with more than ten years IT experience under his belt, he’s joined the team at PC Service to conquer new challenges.
Out of business hours, Grzegorz is very much a family man and enjoys spending time with his loved ones. He does enjoy mountain trekking and cycling and wishes he could find more time to enjoy those activities. One challenge he hasn’t been able to conquer yet is gardening. Nature appears to be much more complicated than computers!
Ivan soon realised that in order to progress in a career in IT, he’d have to move away from Serbia into a more technologically advanced country. So he got a plane ticket to London and is now proud to call himself an employee of PC Service, and able to offer his expertise to our customers.
Filip joined the ranks of PC Service in 2009, where his main responsibility is front line support of our Polish Branch. Filip also deals with management, administration, system backups and ensuring a safe network environment for our dedicated customers.
Bianca joined the PC Service Head Office in November 2016, and she is covering temporarily for the position of Office Administrator. Before moving to London, Bianca lived abroad in several countries and went to Belgium to study for a MSc. in Social and Cultural Anthropology. Here she also worked for the Permanent Representation of Romania to the EU and for several NGOs.
