Designcraft’s innovative team is led by engineer and company founder Nick Barlow who has worked in blade design and manufacture since the early eighties, starting out on wind energy projects for Scottish firm Howdens. The team combine specialist CAD software and structural models developed in-house with wind energy experience to offer simple elegant design solutions using well proven manufacturing technology. Designcraft have their own generic designs but often geometry and loads are specified by the customer and the team work on the structural design and build method.
