Joseph is the founder and the Technical Director of Techline Systems. He obtained a First Class Honours degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering before specialising in 3-phase motor controller design before migrating to general digital and analogue design within the Aerospace industry.
These days his focus is mainly on Techline’s engineering management, company strategy and new business development.
Alex has a very varied electronics design experience. He started out in the computer industry working with Novell Local Area Network hardware and software applications. After obtaining an Honours degree in Electronic Engineering, Alex moved into research and development within the aerospace industry. With a particular focus on power convertor design, his experience includes the successful design and completion of a DC-DC power convertor for the European Space Agency’s Rossetta mission launched in 2004.
Mike brings a very broad range of practical experience to the Techline team and his knowledge base covers simple assembly aids to fully integrated machines for high volume production environments. Mike specialises in mechanical requirements capture and subsequent 3D CAD modelling with a focus on providing quick turn-around, high-quality yet affordable solutions.

Techline Systems designs and manufactures a broad range of electronic circuits and production test systems. Applications for the Company’s products and consultancy services include, production test solutions, industrial electronics and mechanical design of special fixtures and machines. The Company’s electrical and electronic design activities include analogue and digital interfacing, switched-mode power supply and system design, independent design and analysis and review, and Design for Test Solutions.
The design of production test systems forms an essential part of Techline’s business. Namely, the design of bespoke turn-key functional test hardware and proprietary software. Our test systems cover electrical test, mechanical test, or electro-mechanical test. We also develop test programs for most of the industry standard Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) platforms and the latest flying probe machines.
