David Rowell Ltd is a specialist drainage and paving contractor operating from purpose built premises in Southport, Merseyside. Founded in 1982 and incorporated in 1998, the Company has established itself as one of the leading independent contractors in its field.
The Company provides coverage throughout the North West region, regularly working in Preston, Greater Manchester, Warrington and Liverpool as well as closer to its base in Southport.
The Company is ethically led and strives to conduct its business in a fair and responsible way having regard to the needs of its staff and clients and members of the public upon whom its activities might impact. Having worked in partnership with Facilities Management companies, the Company has over eight years experience in carrying out work for Social Housing Organisations.
The Drainage Division provides a 24-hour emergency service seven days a week for blocked drains, toilets, sinks and baths etc. This side of the business also carries out all other types of drainage work including repairs, renewals, Hot Cure Epoxy Lining, CCTV surveys, septic tank emptying and HPW Tanker Jetting.

Almost ten years ago, the Company became aware of the environmental dangers of using ambient cured polyester drain lining materials, which at that time, were used almost exclusively throughout the drainage industry. The decision was therefore taken to use only Hot Cure Epoxy Resin in future thereby minimising the risk of environmental pollution when lining drains.
Whenever possible, the Company considers the environmental and ethical credentials of its suppliers when sourcing materials. The Company is a Registered Controlled Waste Carrier. All waste created by the Company is disposed of at registered recycling centres.
