The Companies main objectives have always been and always will be to provide a fresh, professional approach to the way in which we manage and carry out our work. Our overriding objective is to ensure that our work is carried out Safely, on time and at the agreed budget. The majority of our Clients return to us, and favour us with a steady flow of work.
All Staff are CSCS Carded as a mimimum and many are CRB Police Checked. Training is an ongoing priority at Topdem and all specific task training is provided and regularly updated as necessary.
Projects carried out by Topdem range in size from credit value to approx £300,000. We work for all the major contractors in and around the Midlands area ranging from Private developers, to schools, offices, factory sites and residential developments. We work as both Principal Contractor to Clients and Subcontractor to the Major Contractors.
We aim to Provide a refreshing professional approach to Demolition.
