Strong negotiator and good communication skills essential. Able to work independently as well as a team player. Full UK Driving Licence required. Competitive basic salary and commission structure including company car for right applicant.
We are looking for a hard working, trustworthy, person with positive, can do attitude that is a reliable and skilled maintenance operative. Must be able to work on own initiative. Minimum experience in building maintenance three years or more. Ensure that all Health & Safety procedures are adhered to. Ensure accuracy of maintenance documentation.
