We are a small family run business who put pride in all of our work
Holden Homes have been creating bespoke family homes since the late 1990s, applying our expertise to many small housing developments as well as some of the region’s most luxurious country homes. We are currently completing a stunning new rural property just outside Longridge, near Preston, which has been designed by our in-house team to make the most of the truly exceptional views available from this exclusive site.
The Company
These farm conversions were the mainstay of the partnership but from 1998, when the business was incorporated, the team branched out and applied their skills to new houses as well as barn conversions.
John’s son James joined the company in 2010 and is now the company’s Operations Director.
John has been involved in property development since 1989 when he began undertaking barn and farm building conversions. He founded Holden Homes in 1998 to continue his passion for property conversion and soon after steered the company in the direction of building new houses throughout the North West. John is responsible for the management of the company and all of its administrative functions.
