Laura O’Shaughnessy is a passionate teacher with a desire that all young people leave school with the skills to achieve and flourish in life. With over twenty years experience as a teacher working in a number of schools across Essex, Laura is committed to raising young people’s self esteem, aspiration and to help them identify the talents that lie within them. Currently Laura works as an Assistant Head at a behaviour support unit and as a coach to new leaders.
Les spent many years working in business as a senior leader and towards the end of his time took charge of training and development within his company. This has remained his focus for many years and in 1997 he joined with an Olympic Gold Medalist in forming Developing Potential, a company with a focus on enabling people to achieve their very best performance and the results they want. He works with students, teachers and school leadership teams across many schools and has worked closely with Youth Sport Trust.
Mark also spent many years working in business as a senior leader and maintained a strong interest in education as a Governor in two schools and in chairing a trust of fifteen state schools. His passion is for people and learning and he joined with Les in Developing Potential. Working with students, teachers and school leadership teams he supports them in delivering outstanding performance and fulfilling their full potential. He also delivers workshops for ASCL.
