The practice was established to provide professional, independent, cost effective and imaginative advice to our clients, and no matter what challenges your project needs to overcome, this remains the motivation of our committed and experienced team of qualified professionals today.
We have a particular expertise in resolving heritage issues associated with conservation areas and listed buildings. Our work includes heritage statements to accompany applications; conservation area appraisals and management plans; and specialist advice on a variety of heritage matters.
We offer a full suite of archaeological services including the preparation of written schemes of investigation, desk-based assessments, archaeological evaluations and archive deposition. We can provide an archaeological 'watching brief' service whilst your works are underway on site.

Our office is a 5 minute walk from Manchester city centre. From Market Street cross Deansgate and walk down Blackfriars Street over Blackfriars Bridge. Go straight on at the traffic lights to cross Chapel Street and reach Blackfriars Road. Continue past Trinity Church and under the railway bridge. We are approximately 150 metres down Blackfriars Road on the left hand side. Look out for the metal No. 31.
