Why are we selling this lovely house?
For the last 27 years we have enjoyed organising the renovation of the whole property, having horses and ponies on the land, and riding out directly from the house. We are unlikely to own horses again, so it is time to let other equines (and people) enjoy it! Of course, horses aren't obligatory - the pastures could be cut for hay.
The land (27 acres) is currently divided approximately into thirds: pasture, haymaking and woodland. The farrier only has to come from nearby Cauneille and the specialist horse vets are at Urt but will travel. Their service has been superb.
