Chaldon International Ltd is an established company based in the United Kingdom operating with the sole aim to represent George Risk Industries throughout the world. This partnership was formed in 2001 and we endeavor to offer the best assistance to our established distributors. Wherever possible seek new distributors in countries without representation, and to provide technical and commercial support, supplying product either direct from the United States or from our stores here in the UK.
We also assist our distributors with local insurance and safety approvals, to provide the technical documentation, testing samples and confidentiality matters to ensure the designs are protected and exclusive to a particular distributor.

They also have a strong presence in the electronic sensor market and their reputation for quality and reliability is world class. Products are designed and manufactured within their extensive plants in the USA and can be customized to suit internationally recognized standards within the security industry, therefore they are widely used within Europe, South Africa and Australasia.
In addition to “own brand” product, GRI will manufacture and brand their products for Original Equipment Manufacturers and major distributors.
Because of this close proximity of design to production facilities within the USA, GRI are able to manufacture customized product in relatively small volumes as well as large scale quantities. For example, they offer over 15 variants of contact sets with integral resistors for high security applications. These can be manufactured in their thousand, but the minimum order quantity being just one hundred pieces.
Product is generally shipped direct to the customer from GRI’s plant in Kimball, Nebraska, USA. However, Chaldon hold stock of popular product lines and recurring special orders here in the United Kingdom and can therefore provide a fast response to urgent orders within the EU.
Chaldon International Ltd is located in the United Kingdom and represents George Risk Industries Inc. (GRI) throughout the world, excluding the Americas and certain Pacific Rim countries. The products available range from simple magnetic contact sets for security and safety applications, through high security switches and access control, to environmental controls for home, commercial and industrial premises.
Chaldon’s brief is to establish and support internationally recognised security distributors throughout our territory, and to provide full sales and support to those countries where no distributors are presently established.
In those countries where we do not have representation, we invite local distributors to consider representing Chaldon in their country and to contact Chaldon International in the first instance. All enquiries for GRI products from that territory will then be directed through this new distributor. We do not expect you to stock large quantities of specific products as we are able to supply manageable quantities within acceptable time scales. We much prefer you to consider a representative range of our products instead of having to buy a few items in bulk.
