Our Company

The Mortgage Bureau Ltd are fully independent mortgage advisers. We have no ties with any other Company and are able to give completely unbiased, independent advice from the full range of mortgage lenders and products.

There is no need to pay broker fees if you use us. We do not charge a fee for any of our services. We are paid by the lender from a central fund when your mortgage transaction is completed.

We believe in giving a friendly, helpful and professional service and a high proportion of our business comes from the recommendation of existing clients. We are readily available to assist if you phone during office hours and do not hide behind call centres.

We are able to deal with your requirements in whichever way suits you, so if you prefer to deal with us over the phone, by appointment in our offices or in your home at a time to suit you, we will be happy to assist.

The Mortgage Bureau Ltd is directly authorised by The Financial Conduct Authority, the regulatory body for mortgages. Our Consultants are fully qualified mortgage advisers having passed the appropriate professional examinations, and are therefore able to give you advice and recommendations you can rely on.
