Metalform Incorporated Limited
Metalform was established in 1979 to provide a specialist service to the screw & bolt industry for rebuilding machinery. Over the last 30+ years we have gained a great deal of experience in rebuilding many different makes of machines including those of companies who no longer exist. Metalform are particularly knowledgeable about machines made by Hilgeland, Menn and National Machinery; and we regularly rebuild machines made by Hatebur, Malmedie, Hanrez, Sacma, Salvi, Ingramatic, Nakishimada, Hartford and waterbury Farrel. Our aim has always been to provide an efficient, high quality service to all areas of the Fastener Industry.
Our workforce consists of a mixture of young heads and old, which we consider is both necessary and beneficial to provide continuity of the old skills that must be passed onwards, & young heads to ensure that the current practices are moving with the technology and safety procedures of the times.
Our production facilities include a wide range of machines such as lathes, grinding machines, milling machines and some CNC operated machinery. We make many new parts in house and near to our works are other specialist companies who are able to manufacture cams, gears etc.
All electrical equipment is assembled in house by highly qualified electrical engineers. We manufacture new electric panels with PLC or frequency inverters; All machines are made to comply to CE regulations. As a matter of policy all rebuilt machines are tested in production before shipping.
We are also the UK representative for two USA companies : The Rockford Manufacturing Group (RMG) range of in-line wire processing equipment and the Micro-Products Limited range of butt welding equipment.
